Nico.

I operate at the intersection of operations and finance in complex, real-world systems—focusing on how they function, where they break, and what allows them to perform reliably over time.
My background is in large-scale, multi-location environments where coordination and financial clarity are essential. I’m particularly interested in how incentives shape behavior, and how structure drives outcomes.
I’m currently building Viable, a platform focused on bringing structure and visibility to operational systems—particularly where inventory, financial flows, and real-time execution intersect.
I studied Business Administration and Business Analytics at Fordham University, with additional focus on arts and public systems.
I also lead Desmontaje, a platform exploring the stories behind cultural production.
Outside of this, I’m a drummer and freestyler, and I tend to rethink things through travel and new environments.
